  • „Hop Cover“ always strives to complete your order in 1 business day after cleared payment, but sometimes it might take a little bit more time.
  • We ship all packages from our warehouse in Europe (Lithuania) using tracked priority postal service.
  • After shipment, the postal service usually delivers the package in 3-7 business days to Europe countries, in 10-14 business days to USA and 10-21 business days to other countries. Please note sometimes it might take a little bit longer due to various reasons (bad weather, holidays etc.), but usually parcels are delivered even faster than usual.
  • Tracking number is always provided to the customer via email. You can track your parcel at:

  • Any undamaged and unpacked items can be returned for no reason within 14 days after delivery for a exchange into another item or refund. Returned items must be in mint condition without signs of use.
  • Any orders, which are not yet fulfilled can be canceled anytime.
  • Refunds are processed in 1-5 business days after order cancel request receive or successful return of the item.
  • We advice all customers to use tracked shipping when returning the item and make sure to safely pack the item so it won‘t get damaged during transportation. We are not responsible for any lost items during the return.
